What personal data we collect and why.

Contact forms.

Any personal data submitted via our contact form is used only to respond to the specific request made by the submission of that form.

Submissions can only be viewed by CornishPod employees and once a request has been completed, your personal data will be deleted.

Should we wish to keep your data on record after such a point, we will request explicit permission and provide a reason for wanting to hold such data.

Embedded content from other websites.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics.

CornishPod use Google Analytics to track user behaviour across this site. This data does not contain any personal identifiers such as names, address and phone numbers.

E-commerce.

CornishPod use iZettle to process online orders. We only collect the necessary information required to process an order. This is limited to the recipient’s name, address and contact details.

What rights you have over your data.

You have the right to request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us, should you believe that we do. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
